PC EasyCare is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If the customer plans on shipping their item to us, they must make sure to purchase the necessary shipping insurance and properly package the item to keep it safe and covered. Any items damaged or lost in transit are the responsibility of the customer and the applicable courier or postal service.
The customer will not hold PC EasyCare responsible for any loss or damage that may occur before, during, and after this service is employed and/or completed.
The customer understands that this is not an "in home", "in office", or "on site" service.
The customer acknowledges that the assessed computer must be delivered or dropped-off at the service location provided to them, in order to use this service.
The customer understands that this portion of service does not include virus removal, spyware removal, adware removal, data recovery, hard drive reformatting, original software re-installation, upgrades and/or internal dusting. These services must be purchased separately through the other offers from PC EasyCare's "Services" section, if they are desired and/or required.
The customer must fill out a set of forms including an additional set of terms and conditions that must be signed before service can commence. These forms must be filled and submitted to PC EasyCare via e-mail (support@PCEasyCare.com).
