By purchasing this service, the assessed customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.
PC EasyCare is not responsible for items damaged in transit. If the customer plans on shipping their item to us, they must make sure to purchase the necessary shipping insurance and properly package the item to keep it safe and covered. Any items damaged in transit are the responsibility of the customer and the applicable courier or postal service.
If the customer's computer still has viruses and/or spyware within 10 days after said computer is returned to and received by them, the customer agrees to use the installed trial version of Windows Live OneCare in order to remove the assessed viruses and/or spyware. If the customer opted-out of this offer, PC EasyCare will not be held responsible for any viruses or spyware that appear on the assessed computer after it has been returned to and received by the customer.
The customer will not hold PC EasyCare responsible for any loss or damage that may occur before, during, and after this service is employed and/or completed.
The customer understands that this is not an "in home", "in office", or "on site" service. The customer acknowledges that the assessed computer must be delivered or dropped-off at the service location provided to them, in order to use this service.
The customer understands that removing viruses and/or spyware from an infected computer may not improve the overall performance of said computer.
The customer understands that this service does not include data recovery, hard drive reformatting, original software re-installation, and/or internal dusting. These services must be purchased through the other offers from PC EasyCare if they are desired.
